1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and ookww ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the ookww website available at https://ookww.io and all associated services, products, and features offered therein.

By accessing the ookww platform, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, claiming a bonus, or using any service provided by ookww, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with ookww's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference into these Terms and form part of the overall agreement between you and ookww.

2 Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account and use the ookww platform. We verify age through our mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) process. Any account found to have been registered by a person under the age of 21 will be immediately closed and all funds held within that account will be forfeited.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

The ookww platform is operated and marketed primarily for players residing in Bangladesh. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing online gaming services is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering. ookww makes no representations regarding the legality of its services in any specific jurisdiction outside its primary operating region.

2.3 Registration Requirements

To register an account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including but not limited to:

• Your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification
• A valid email address that you own and control
• A valid Bangladeshi mobile number registered in your name
• Your date of birth
• Your residential address within Bangladesh

You warrant that all information provided during registration is truthful and accurate. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of any account balance.

2.4 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) ookww account. Operating multiple accounts — whether under your own name or the name of another person — constitutes a serious violation of these Terms. ookww employs sophisticated detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Where multi-accounting is confirmed, all duplicate accounts will be closed, all balances forfeited, and the player will be permanently banned from the platform.

3 Account Responsibilities

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your ookww Login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. ookww will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

3.2 Unauthorised Access

If you become aware of, or suspect, any unauthorised access to or use of your account, you must notify ookww's support team immediately via the contact details provided on the platform. ookww may temporarily suspend your account pending investigation of any reported security incident.

3.3 Account Activity

You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account, whether authorised by you or not, unless and until you have notified ookww of a security breach and we have had a reasonable opportunity to act. You agree not to allow any third party to use your account to place bets, make deposits or withdrawals, or access any ookww service on your behalf.

3.4 Inactive Accounts

An account is considered inactive if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. ookww reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee to inactive accounts after this period. Players will be notified by email before any fee is applied. Any remaining balance after deduction of administrative fees will be returned to the player upon request and successful identity verification.

4 KYC & Verification

ookww operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process for all account holders. KYC verification is required before any withdrawal can be processed and may be requested at any other time at ookww's sole discretion.

4.1 Documents Required

To complete KYC verification, you will be required to submit clear, legible copies of the following documents:

• Proof of Identity: National ID Card (NID), valid Bangladesh passport, or driving licence
• Proof of Address: Utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence issued within the last three (3) months showing your registered address
• Proof of Payment Method: A screenshot or confirmation showing that the mobile banking account (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay) or bank account used for deposits is registered in your name

4.2 Verification Timeline

ookww aims to complete KYC verification within 24–72 hours of receiving all required documentation. During this period, your account may have restricted withdrawal functionality. Deposits and gameplay are generally permitted during KYC review unless there is a specific reason to apply additional restrictions.

4.3 Right to Request Additional Documentation

ookww reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time where it deems necessary for compliance, fraud prevention, or anti-money-laundering purposes. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension.

5 Deposits & Payments

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

ookww accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Bangladeshi players:

5.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount on the ookww platform is ৳500 per transaction. There is no maximum deposit limit applied at the platform level, though individual payment providers may impose their own transaction limits.

5.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your ookww account within 60 seconds of the transaction being confirmed by the payment provider. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 4 business hours to be credited, depending on the processing schedule of the originating bank.

5.4 Currency

All transactions on the ookww platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). ookww does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion required is the sole responsibility and cost of the player.

5.5 Deposit Ownership

You confirm that all funds deposited to your ookww account belong to you and are not the proceeds of any illegal activity. Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including family members — are not permitted and may result in account suspension pending investigation.

6 Withdrawals

6.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

Withdrawals are only available to players who have completed KYC verification. Unverified accounts may not withdraw funds. ookww strongly recommends completing KYC as soon as possible after registration to avoid any delay when you wish to withdraw.

6.2 Withdrawal Processing Time

Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within the following timeframes:

• bKash / Nagad / Rocket / Upay: 1–4 hours from the time the withdrawal request is approved
• Bank Transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank): 1–3 business days

6.3 Withdrawal to Same Method

Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method and account used for deposits wherever possible. This policy exists to protect players against fraud and money laundering. Where a deposit method cannot accept withdrawals, ookww will request an alternative verified account in the player's name.

6.4 Minimum Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 per transaction. Withdrawal requests below this amount will not be processed.

6.5 Withdrawal of Bonus Funds

Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus play cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirements have been met in full. The current wagering status for any active bonus can be viewed in your account dashboard. Real-money funds deposited by the player are always available for withdrawal independent of any active bonus, subject to standard verification checks.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional rewards offered by ookww are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated at the point of offer. Where a conflict exists between a specific offer's terms and these general Terms, the specific offer terms shall take precedence for that offer only.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement and any applicable game contribution rates will be clearly stated before you opt in to any offer. ookww does not apply hidden wagering conditions retrospectively.

7.3 Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. ookww reserves the right to determine eligibility for any promotion at its sole discretion. Players who have previously violated these Terms, including by operating multiple accounts, are not eligible for bonuses.

7.4 Bonus Abuse

ookww employs automated systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim the same offer more than once, using bonus funds exclusively on low-risk betting patterns specifically designed to satisfy wagering requirements with minimal variance, and participating in matched betting or arbitrage strategies using ookww promotional funds. Where bonus abuse is identified, ookww reserves the right to void all bonus funds and associated winnings, close the account, and permanently ban the player from the platform.

7.5 Expiry

Bonuses that have not been used or activated within the stated validity period will expire automatically. Expired bonus funds cannot be reinstated. Players are responsible for tracking the expiry dates of any bonuses credited to their accounts.

8 Games & Betting Rules

8.1 Game Providers & Fairness

All casino games available on the ookww platform are sourced from licensed third-party game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each provider's games use independently certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology. ookww does not modify or influence game outcomes in any way.

8.2 Return to Player (RTP)

Each game on the ookww platform has a theoretical Return to Player (RTP) percentage that represents the long-term average return to players over a large number of game rounds. RTP percentages are set by the game providers and are publicly available. RTP is a theoretical figure and does not guarantee any specific outcome for any individual session.

8.3 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or communications failure that affects the outcome of a bet or game round, ookww reserves the right to void the affected bet or game round and return the stake to the player. No compensation beyond the return of the original stake is payable in such circumstances. The decision of ookww's technical team regarding the nature and impact of any malfunction is final.

8.4 Cricket & Sports Betting Rules

Cricket betting markets on the ookww platform — covering BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments, and Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures — are governed by the specific sports betting rules available in the platform's Sports Rules section. In the event of match abandonment, postponement, or cancellation, bets will be settled in accordance with those rules. Players are advised to review the sports betting rules before placing any wager.

8.5 Bet Acceptance

ookww reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any bet at its sole discretion, including where it has reason to believe that the bet was placed in error, constitutes arbitrage against the platform, or was placed in violation of these Terms. Where a bet is refused after the stake has been deducted from the player's account, the stake will be returned promptly.

9 Responsible Gaming

ookww is committed to the wellbeing of its players. Gambling should always be a form of entertainment conducted within means you can afford to lose. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all account holders immediately upon login — no waiting period or approval is required to activate them.

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the total amount you can deposit. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Configure a maximum continuous play session duration. When the limit is reached, your session will be terminated automatically.
• Reality Checks: Enable periodic on-screen reminders that display how long you have been playing and your net win/loss for the session.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Take a temporary break of 24 hours, 48 hours, or 7 days. During this period, your account login is suspended and no deposits or bets can be placed.

10 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ookww platform. Engaging in any of the following activities will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all funds held in the account, and may result in referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account or assisting another person in registering a duplicate account
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of the registration or KYC process
• Using software, bots, algorithms, scripts, or any automated tools to place bets or interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human users
• Exploiting any software bug, error, or vulnerability in the platform to gain an unfair advantage; any winnings derived from exploitation of a known or discovered bug will be voided
• Engaging in collusion with other players in any multi-player game to gain an advantage over other participants or over the platform
• Depositing, wagering, or withdrawing funds that are the proceeds of illegal activity, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, or theft
• Abusing the bonus system, including through multi-accounting, arbitrage betting, or systematic exploitation of promotional offers
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing ookww staff or other platform users via any communication channel
• Attempting to charge back, reverse, or dispute a deposit made to the platform through any payment provider

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the ookww platform — including but not limited to the ookww brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of ookww or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, scrape, reverse-engineer, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the platform's content without ookww's express prior written consent.

Unauthorised use of ookww's intellectual property, including the unauthorised use of the ookww brand name or logo in any context, will be pursued through appropriate legal channels.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ookww's total liability to you in connection with your use of the platform — whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to the platform in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability claim.

ookww shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses or damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption — even if ookww has been advised of the possibility of such losses.

ookww does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, free of errors, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Planned and unplanned maintenance downtime may occur. ookww will use reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of planned outages where possible.

13 Privacy & Data

ookww collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy. By registering an account, you consent to ookww's collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.

All data transmitted between your device and the ookww platform is protected by 256-bit SSL encryption. ookww does not sell or rent player personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data is shared with third parties only where necessary to provide the services you have requested (such as payment processing and KYC verification) or where required by applicable law.

14 Amendments to These Terms

ookww reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, ookww will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where practicable.

Your continued use of the ookww platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure and withdrawal of your remaining balance before the amendment takes effect.

The date at the top of this document reflects the most recent revision. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for any changes.

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter — whether contractual, tortious, or otherwise — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law.

In the event of a dispute between you and ookww regarding any aspect of the platform, its services, or these Terms, you agree to first contact ookww's support team to attempt to resolve the matter informally. ookww will endeavour to resolve all disputes fairly, transparently, and within a reasonable timeframe.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts or arbitration bodies as determined by the applicable law governing these Terms. ookww's decisions regarding game outcomes, technical malfunctions, and bonus determinations are final and not subject to external arbitration unless required by applicable law.
